Charlie and his team did a great and professional job building our deck and screened in porch. He had a great vision that we agreed upon and was able to see it through with minimal oversight from us. He was flexible and easy to work with when we did engage with him. All in all we are incredibly happy with the work.

Charlie and his team replaced our 2nd story deck and added a screened porch for us. They were efficient and their craftsmanship was evident from the start. Charlie communicated with us timely and effectively. He creatively addressed challenges with the project and worked with us on final decisions during construction. I highly recommend Charlie. He is as much a craftsman as he is a contractor who he takes pride in his work. He replaced our old wood deck with a fantastic new screen porch/deck with beautiful composite, metal railings. a heater, and all PVC wrapped wood and skirting. He listened to what we wanted, provided that as well as some suggestions for upgrades (cedar ceiling and skirting) that we hadn't thought of at a reasonable cost. Options we didn't want he left alone without trying to hard sell us. The few hiccups along the way were taken care of efficiently without any nickel and dime billings and he took responsibility for all issues. Project came in within a reasonable amount of time and right on budget. Highly recommended.

Charlie and his team built my 40 foot deck with a screened in porch this summer. Each day I saw the attention to detail that each worker took as the deck came to form. Even when things did not go as planned, Charlie jumped on the issue and quickly solved it.
